I have been using this translation app for a couple of years and never had any issue with it. Recently due to some internal changes with how Shopify are storing and displaying the product options values, I had some issues with the translations as some were missing these option values. I reached out online to Sherpas Design Team and they were super efficient in locating the issue and helping me fixing it. I am very happy with the app and service rendered by Stoycho and I definitely recommend this app for other merchants.

I can’t thank the Tlab team enough for their help. After I deleted my translated handles, my website ended up with a mess of 404 errors everywhere.
