店舗運営に必要なベーシックなアプリかなと思います。設定は英語ですが、チャットは日本語でできるようになっているので困ったらチャットで解消できました。

日本語対応が可能でした。

いろんなレビューアプリを試しましたが、これが1番いいと感じています。

そこそこ長く使っていますが、見た目や機能使いやすさ申し分ないかと思います。
また、不具合時の対応も早かったです。

日本語翻訳がなく全て英語で難しいと感じるところもありますが、サポートがしっかりしているので、メールやチャット等で素早く解決してくれます。

Sehr stimmiges All-in-One Produkt für das Sammeln und Verwerten von Reviews mit vielen Möglichkeiten! Würde nach ein paar Jahren im Einsatz nicht so schnell zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln.
