Update vom 10.09.2025:

This app used to be fantastic, with solid functionality and excellent support. Unfortunately, our experience has gone downhill. While the app still syncs fairly well with certain marketplaces—Etsy being the most reliable—it has completely failed to keep our inventory updated across the board.
The most frustrating part is that instead of working toward a solution, support has shifted the blame back on us, claiming our frequent inventory updates are the cause. That explanation doesn’t hold water, since syncing and updating inventory is supposed to be the core purpose of the app. If the system can’t handle regular updates, it’s essentially useless for any business that manages a dynamic catalog.
We’ve also noticed delays, inconsistencies, and errors creeping into the sync process—items showing as in stock when they’re sold out, pricing not reflecting correctly, and listings failing to update across channels. These are critical issues for sellers, and what was once a reliable tool is now creating more problems than it solves.
In short: this app had huge potential and was once a go-to solution, but until the syncing and support issues are taken seriously and resolved, it’s hard to recommend it for businesses that rely on accurate, real-time marketplace integration.
The app is very helpful for cross platform listing management, but it can still be a bit complicated to navigate, which makes having the support team essential. What I really appreciate is that the support team is always willing to help, provides clear guidance, and patiently addresses every inquiry.
the app is pretty good except for the lag in sync. we had over a dozen separate times where we oversold a product on ebay because it didnt sync with shopify fast enough.
there is also no plan options. if you are only going to make 50 sales a month it's great. but 1% of sales for a larger scale business means you will pay the capped amount of $99 which is way way too much.
fix those 2 things and i would use this app again.
not what i expected, it does not import items like i thiought it would
The app can get extremely frustrating due to constraints when linking the Shopify catalog with existing listings on Ebay/Amazon. It leaves too much room for error, and the process to correct it is so complicated.
This app isn't very user-friendly. The instructions are incomplete.
The support is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes it's downright infuriating and the person either doesn't understand the problem or is just trying to close the case without actually listening.
Theres too much going to a sku then when you back out you have to go all the way back to the home page and go back into the ap
and connecting an individual sku is not always easy
Amazon is working well, walmart just isnt
I use Shopify Marketplace Connect for Walmart and Target Plus to list my products. While Walmart's interface was initially less intuitive, it's now fairly easy to use. Target's listing process, however, has been very frustrating.
Walmart Marketplace:
Pros: Easy listing process once you're familiar with the interface.
Cons: Some prompts and expectations within the app could be clearer and more straightforward.
Target Marketplace Connect:
Cons:
* My first listing attempt was rejected without a clear explanation.
* The second listing required an excessive amount of detail, including numerous dimensions, making it unnecessarily time-consuming.
* The app needs clearer indication of which fields are truly required. Currently, it uses an asterisk to mark some required fields, but after submitting a listing, I receive critical errors for fields that were not marked as required. This inconsistency leads to multiple errors and wasted time.
* Target Plus lacks the shipping flexibility offered by other platforms. Sellers are locked into their initial choice of shipping carrier, which restricts options for both sellers and customers who may prefer different carriers or shipping speeds.
Suggestion:
* Target should streamline the listing process, clearly indicate which fields are mandatory, and ensure a smoother, more user-friendly experience.
* Improve shipping flexibility: Allow sellers to change shipping carriers based on weight, shipping cost, and speed.
Support Experiences:
Support experiences have been inconsistent. While some agents were unhelpful and unclear, I recently connected with Lou, who was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and provided clear solutions.
Suggestion: Ensure all support agents are trained to provide the same level of excellent service as Lou, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and understanding.
Overall:
Enhance the seller experience by focusing on clarity and efficiency. Provide clear instructions, concise error messages (not everything needs to be critical), and a clear distinction between required and recommended fields. Streamlined processes and knowledgeable support agents are also essential.
I'm adding one star to my review because a leader from the company contacted me and explained the situation. However, the lack of follow-up and subsequent unresponsiveness from that same leader is disappointing and prevents me from rating higher. There are still issues with the app, and the customer communication via chat needs substantial improvement, including consistent and timely responses to customer contact. Addressing these fundamental communication and functionality problems should be a priority.
This was a fantastic app when we first started, but as our SKUs grew the app's limitations started to show. We have had major issues with the app randomly changing stock levels to zero and delisting 4000 items. Ive reached out to customer support 20 times and nobody is able to figure it out and even was told at one point I should use another option. Seems like this is a great option if you have low expectations and a small inventory. Disappointing.
Your chat support is very helpful, but your listing and connection point to eBay is unintuitive and not useful
